About Forest Glen
Forest Glen is an independent living residence for adults 55+ operated by volunteer members of the Sea View Seniors’ Housing Society.
Officially opened in October 2006, Forest Glen offers a unique housing opportunity for our tenants, as well as a central meeting place for social and recreational activities.
It is a modern post-and-beam building surrounded by gardens, patio areas, and a cement walking path with benches to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

One small pet on approval by Board.

Cost
Monthly charges for tenants are for rent and for the evening meal.
All tenants have access to and can purchase hospitality services including light housekeeping, laundry, and 24 -hour emergency response.

Visitors must access tenants by using the intercom system at the front door. Hand sanitizer provided at the front door is to be used by visitors when entering. Guests who are ill should postpone their visit. Visitors’ pets must be obedient, friendly, and well mannered and must be kept on a leash. Visitors must clean up after their pet.
